Graduated from the Biology career at the Faculty of Sciences of the Autonomous University of Baja California.

Professionally she has worked in environmental consultancies, working with marine mammals, restoration and propagation of native plants in coastal ecosystems among others. She has collaborated with Pro Esteros in conservation projects with the Secretariat of Environmental Protection, as well as reforestation of dune ecosystems in the Temporary Employment Program of SEMARNAT. She currently works as a volunteer in the organization’s own education and outreach activities, as well as teaching at the secondary level.
